A gastronomic spectacle

The latest creation from Paolella is a full-fledged gastronomic project. We set out with our mozzarella on a journey to discover flavours and recipes from the past, sometimes revisiting them, and BufalEat came out of it.
It is a smart & slow place where you can find cheeses, cured meats and other selected products to take away, or stop to try one of our daily specials such as a gnocco alla sorrentina with a triumph of stringy mozzarella or a rich panzanella, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine.
The place is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 20:00.
Reservations are appreciated for the lunch break served at the table.

The lunch break we like

We are convinced that the best recipes are born from the union of simple and quality raw materials. For our served menu we have chosen traditional recipes, with a touch of originality and our secret ingredient: mozzarella!
