Innovation is a family tradition

When grandfather Umberto opened the first buffalo mozzarella dairy in Fondi, in 1933, he was considered an innovator.
He came from Cellole (CE) and had brought with him the custom of buffalo breeding, still absent in the Pontine area, and the great Campanian dairy tradition.
Today we, our family and over 30 employees, still feel part of that project: this is why we have chosen to preserve that same artisanal production technique by integrating it with an innovative quality control system
