To make it, we only use buffalo milk from the Fondi and Pontine Marshes, rennet and salt. It is with the simplicity of its ingredients that our mozzarella has obtained the D.O.P. brand recognition as a guarantee of authenticity. You can taste it freshly made every morning starting at 10:00, at our dairy or at one of our points of sale.
